The Waseca Junior and Senior High School received the first grant at the fall ceremony of $20,000 from the EF Johnson Foundation for senior scholarships.

“I would like to say thank you very much for the scholarships for the seniors,” Junior and Senior High School Principal Jeanne Swanson said. “Every year we have an amazing bunch of seniors and it’s really difficult to choose just a few people to receive the number of scholarships that were given and this allows us to give a lot more kids opportunities… and we want to say thank you very much for supporting our kids.”
